Whether it's the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide its not really 'you', we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 7 days on sale items.

How to Return or Exchange – it’s simple:
- Just fill in the returns slip attached to your invoice, highlighting whether you wish to make an exchange or request a refund for each item.
- When you originally receive your parcle you will also have received a "UPS Authorzed Return Service Label" OR a "FedEx Return Billable Stamp"which should be on the outer part of the parcle.Please be sure to remove, completely cover, or cross out the original shipping label.
- Place everything in our re-sealable mailing bag and if you have a UPS label, drop off at your local UPS Store OR if you have a FedEx label, drop off at your local FedEx or Kinko's store location.
- All returns will be shipped to a US address and then shipped to Pure Collection in the UK. Please do not attempt to ship the goods direct to the UK.
- Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.
- For your piece of mind, when we receive your parcel inthe UK we will contact you to confirm safe receipt.If at any time you need further help, simply call us on 1-866-864-8199 Toll Free or email us at usaservice@purecollection.com.
Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply fi you fall below the discount/offer threshold.
Please be aware that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't prevent the payer knowing.
