We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For instance, whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, because cashmere is a natural fibre there may be a slight difference between batches, so the colour in the brochure may differ slightly from the colour of the garment. Also, changes in a product's specification may become necessary during production. If this happens, we will do our best to make you aware of it before your order is processed.
Our Pashmina shawls and stoles are handmade, so you may find some small irregularities.
We don’t like to disappoint, so we try to maintain a high level of stock and when you place an order we’ll tell you when it will be dispatched. But despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.
Standard delivery charge is $12. Overseas delivery is available for $20. The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours.

Whether it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide its not really ‘you’, we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 90 days (7 days during sale).

Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Pure Collection product without the express permission of Pure Collection is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Pure Collection considers to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.
All prices are valid until 1st August 2008. Pure Collection's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the prices of the goods supplied by Pure Collection to the customer. Pure Collection shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Pure Collection cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue. Customer statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
