Whether it is the wrong size, the wrong colour or not what you expected we will happily offer you an exchange or refund on items returned within 30 days of receipt so long as it reaches us in the same condition as it was received by you. Products returned must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels properly attached.
If you are making an exchange there is no charge to return the item(s) and the replacement item(s) will be sent out to you free of shipping and packaging costs.
If you are returning goods for a refund there is a charge of $6 per package, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
All you have to do is complete the returns form attached to your invoice, enclose it with your item(s) in our re-sealable mailing bag, affix the enclosed SmartLabel to the outside of the parcel and drop it in the mail.
Please retain the tracking number which is the long number positioned underneath the barcode at the very bottom of the Smart LabelTM
