We believe that each and every piece purchased from Pure represents value for money and will perform to the standard you have every right to expect. If you're not entirely happy then neither are we.

You may return your item by post within 30 days and we’ll issue an exchange or refund. If you are making an exchange there is no charge to return the item(s) and the replacement item(s) will be sent out to you free of shipping and packaging costs. If you are returning goods for a refund there is a charge of $6 per package, which will be deducted from your refund amount (unless otherwise stated in your offer).

We are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

For sale or clearance items we will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

Note that items must reach us in the same condition received by you, and must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached.


  • Complete the perforated Returns Form attached to your invoice, which can be found on the front of your package.
  • Place the completed form, along with your items, in the re-sealable mailing bag. This is important as it allows us to identify your order when it arrives with us. Keep the invoice as your own record.
  • Affix the enclosed Smart Label to the front of your package. Retain the tracking number which is the long number positioned underneath the barcode at the very bottom of the Smart Label
  • Drop it in the mail and once we’ve received your item we’ll email or call you to confirm the safe receipt of your package. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated in your offer.

Returning A Gift: Please note that items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original purchaser, however, we are more than happy to offer another item in exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided. 

Offers & Discounts: When returning goods, on which you have received a discount, please note that the offer will no longer apply if an item is returned for refund, which subsequently brings the overall total spend below the qualifying level. The saving on the order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements


For international orders placed online we now partner with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record. When you purchase Pure Collection products via Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e/Pure Coll. **, and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These can be found in the checkout where you add your payment details and confirm your order. For international transactions the Global-e checkout will load to take payment and delivery information.

If your international order has been fulfilled by our partner Global –e (your order number will begin GE if it has) then you can arrange a return for all or part of your order via the link below:


You will need your GE order number and the email address associated with your Pure Collection account. You then simply select the items you are returning, print your returns note and returns label and take your parcel to a Post Office or parcel depot as instructed on the returns note. Where possible please obtain a certificate of postage or receipt and retain this until your refund has been processed.
