All our products are lovingly designed, packed and shipped from Harrogate, England. Our cashmere garments are made to the highest standards in Inner Mongolia (China), the home of our goats, with the ideal climate to grow the densest, finest cashmere in the world. Our other garments are carefully sourced and crafted in the United Kingdom (Great Britain), Bulgaria, India, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Tunisia and Turkey. We regularly visit our factories to ensure that they are high quality, safe places and that they adhere to high ethical standards.

NO ADDITIONAL COSTS

Some orders may be subject to import duties, which are levied by US Customs at the time the shipment arrives. We have set our systems up to settle this duty on your behalf. However in the rare event you are charged Customs duties, we will reimburse you in full on receipt of proof of payment ...

WHAT IF I’M NOT IN WHEN MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?

Most Pure Collection packages are sent via USPS and will fit into a mailbox. If the package is too big, and no-one is home, the mailman will leave it outside your house. USPS deliveries can also be sent to an alternative PO Box address. If your order is over a certain value your package maybe sent express delivery via DHL. For this service we require a full street address. If you miss your package DHL will leave a card so you can arrange a more convenient delivery time.

 EASY RETURNS

We believe that each and every piece purchased from Pure represents value for money and will perform to the standard you have every right to expect. If you're not entirely happy then neither are we. You may return your item by post within 30 days and we’ll issue an exchange or refund. If you are making an exchange there is no charge to return the item(s) and the replacement item(s) will be sent out to you free of shipping and packaging costs. If you are returning goods for a refund there is a charge of $6 per package, which will be deducted from your refund amount (unless otherwise stated in your offer). We are not able to offer exchanges on orders where PayPal was used as a payment method. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order. For sale or clearance items we will happily offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Note that items must reach us in the same condition received by you, and must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, IT'S SIMPLE

  • Complete the perforated Returns Form attached to your invoice, which can be found on the front of your package.
  • Place the completed form, along with your items, in the re-sealable mailing bag. This is important as it allows us to identify your order when it arrives with us. Keep the invoice as your own record.
  • Affix the enclosed Smart Label to the front of your package. Retain the tracking number which is the long number positioned underneath the barcode at the very bottom of the Smart Label
  • Drop it in the mail and once we’ve received your item we’ll email or call you to confirm the safe receipt of your package. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated in your offer.

Returning A Gift: Please note that items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original purchaser, however, we are more than happy to offer another item in exchange for the goods as long as the value of the item is the same or greater than the original. Details of the original purchaser must be provided.

Offers & Discounts: When returning goods, on which you have received a discount, please note that the offer will no longer apply if an item is returned for refund, which subsequently brings the overall total spend below the qualifying level. The saving on the order will be deducted from the refund amount.
